There is a billing page in the app where you can see your invoices, manage your payment method and make payments.

Can I add or remove users?

Absolutely, users can be added or removed at anytime.

What is the difference between Admins, Contributors, and Viewers?

Every workspace has to have at least one Admin, they have the ability to see and do everything including access the billing page and invite others to the workspace. A Contributor can do everything an Admin can except for billing and inviting other team members. A Viewer cannot make any edits or updates to records but can export.

Do you offer discounts?

Generally we do not offer discounts. If you are an NGO then please contact us to discuss what we may be able to do.
